About us

Suzhou Foreign Language School, founded in 1994, is a K12 international school from kindergarten to high school. It has been listed in the TOP50 of the best high school for studying abroad in China for many years.

Yixing new campus of Suzhou Foreign Language School is located in the scenic Yixing. The campus plans to use 150 mu of land and the total construction area (including basement) is about 120,000 square meters. The campus was invested one billion yuan and will be built according to the standard of international high-end boutique school. It will be a foreign language school with high-level and high quality that can meets the needs of international education in Yixing and its surrounding areas.

Job description

The Yixing campus is committed to offering our international school fascinating teaching as well as rewarding cross-cultural experiences. The campus recruits English teachers on a yearly basis for Kindergarten and Primary school programs.

— Position Type: Full-time headteacher

— Location: Yixing

— Commencement date: August 17,2020.

Main responsibilities:

Kindergarten

Each responsible for teaching two classes ( 6 teaching lessons one day )

Assist Chinese headteacher to organize and participate the activities in the class.

Primary school

Each responsible for teaching one class(4-6 teaching lessons one day)

Salary and Benefits

— Excellent salary: 16,000 to 19,000 RMB per month before tax (based on qualification & experience)

— Working days from Monday to Friday ,Two days off at weekend.
Monthly apartment renting allowance(2,000 RMB)

Requirements

— Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa

— Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably master’s degree or above in a relevant field

— TEFL certificate 120 hours plus required

— Relevant teaching experience preferred

— Teachers who can teach both English and other subjects( P.E. ,Arts, or Extra Curricular Activities etc.) preferred

— Clean criminal record check

— Professional, positive and culturally aware

— Energetic, friendly and hard working
